General:

1. What is JuiceCaster?
   JuiceCaster is a "social broadcasting" utility for cell phones that lets you:

   • Capture pictures and videos on your camera phone and post instantly to hundreds of popular social networking sites, including Facebook, MySpace, Friendster, and Blogger.
   • Privately share pictures and videos from your camera phone with selected friends and family - who can view them on their phones, online or on their desktop.
   • Watch, comment on and rate pictures/videos posted by other members of the JuiceCaster community, right on your cell phone.
   • Stay in touch with existing friends or make new ones.
2. What is a JuiceCast?
   A JuiceCast is any picture, video, audio or text broadcast published publicly or privately on the JuiceCaster Network. A public JuiceCast can be seen by anyone, while a private JuiceCast is only visible by invited friends.

   Accessing JuiceCaster on your phone: You can access JuiceCaster either via our mobile site, or via a downloadable application on your phone. During the registration process, depending on your mobile provider, we'll give you on-screen instructions on how you can access JuiceCaster on your phone.

   Creating JuiceCasts: Depending on your mobile provider, you can either upload videos/pictures/audio/text via the JuiceCaster application on your phone, or by sending your media to a special JuiceCaster e-mail address. During the registration process, depending on your mobile provider, we'll give you further on-screen instructions.

3. What is JuiceCaster Player?
   Your JuiceCaster membership includes your own JuiceCaster Player, which you can put on virtually any personal web page or social networking profile. All pictures and videos you post as public JuiceCasts will automatically display in your Player.
4. Does JuiceCaster work with Facebook too?
   Yes. JuiceCaster is integrated with Facebook using our Mobile Video by JuiceCaster application. Adding the Mobile Video by JuiceCaster application lets you easily share your mobile pictures and videos with all your Facebook friends.

   To get Mobile Video by JuiceCaster: log in to Facebook > browse 'More Applications' > browse 'Mobile' or 'Video' category > select 'Mobile Video by JuiceCaster.'

5. Can I add pictures and videos to my account via e-mail or MMS?
   E-mail in makes it easy for you to upload media to your JuiceCaster account wherever you are. You can use it from your desktop, wireless device or right from your mobile phone. It's quick and easy to use! Simply follow the guidelines below:

   Choose a picture or video to upload	Select "Send"	Enter your JuiceCaster address	And that's it!
   From your phone: Select an image or video from within your phone's album or create something new and save it.	Press "Options" and select "Send". On most phones you will be directed to a screen with an empty contact field and/or an e-mail field. Otherwise, select the option that allows you to enter a number or an e-mail address.	In the "To:" field simply enter your JuiceCaster e-mail address. This address will be yourmobile@juicecaster.com.	Now all you have to do is press send. Don't forget to add a title for your video or picture in the message's "Subject:" field. Tip: if you want an image to be set as your profile picture, simply place "Profile" as the Subject Line.

Manage Settings:

1. How do I recover my Profile?
   As long as your new phone model is supported by JuiceCaster, you will be able to recover your existing profile without losing any of your Friends, Favorites, JuiceCasts, etc. Just download JuiceCaster from the software catalog on your new phone, then go to 'Recover Profile' in 'Settings.' If you need to switch mobile carriers, check with your new carrier to make sure JuiceCaster is available.

   From JuiceCaster Menu: Select 'Options' (left soft-key) > Select 'Settings' > Select 'Recover Profile' > Enter your registered username, password, email, and phone #

2. How do I recover my Password?
   Once you have JuiceCaster running on your phone, you should not need to re-enter your password. However, if you need a new password to gain access to your JuiceCaster Player or our mobile web site, you can request a new one by clicking on 'Reset Password' in 'Settings.' This will send a new password to your phone by text message. If you forgot your username, send your request to support@juicecaster.com and be sure to include your registered mobile number and email address.

   From JuiceCaster Menu: Select 'Options' (left soft-key) > Select 'Settings' > Select 'Reset Password' > Choose 'Yes' to confirm

3. If I want to stop receiving JuiceCaster email or text alerts, can I turn them off?
   To change your alert preferences, log in then click on the "My Account" link in the footer. Then adjust your settings and/or update your email address as desired. When you are done, click the "Save" button to confirm your new choices.

   Tip: Keep alerts turned 'On' if you want to know when you receive private JuiceCasts, comments, and Friend requests.

4. How do I update my email address?
   To update your registered email address, log in then click on the "My Account" link in the footer. Once you have entered your new email address, click the "Save" button to confirm.
5. How do I cancel my JuiceCaster subscription?
   To end your JuiceCaster subscription, just remove the application from your phone. You can resume your subscription at any time by repurchasing the application and using the "Recover Profile' feature. If you want your profile deleted permanently, send a request to support@juicecaster.com with your username, registered mobile number, and reason for cancellation.

   From Main Phone Menu: Select 'Download Shop' > Select 'Download Shop' icon, then 'Options' > Choose JuiceCaster from the list, then select 'Remove' > Click 'Yes' to confirm.
